Initial New Patient Exam

Every newly registered patient must go through an initial health history assessment and orthopedic examination before massage and chiropractic adjustment can be applied.

Chiropractic Care Package – $75

The chiropractic care package includes massage, chiropractic adjustments and specific physiotherapy modalities as needed. Massage and trigger point therapy will be applied over 20 mins to stimulate muscle tension release. Chiropractic adjustments will include areas such full spine, pelvis and extremities as needed. Physiotherapies such as stretching, hot/cold packs, cryo-gel will be utilized as needed. Best part of this whole experience is that the doctor comes to you!

There may be situations where chiropractic care will not be administered for the safety of the patient. Any suspecting contra-indications will be discussed with the patient in which further testing may be necessary to rule out potential risk factors. Referral out to a specialist may be required.

X-rays are not required for chiropractic care unless otherwise requested for. Scenarios where x-ray will be required to rule out risk factors may include: blunt force injuries, bone fractures, whiplash, car accidents, congenital skeletal anomalies, disk herniations, cancer assessment, etc. X-rays will be referred out to local hospitals, clinics or radiology image centers.

Re-Examinations

A re-examination is an important assessment tool used to determine the state or progress of a current patient. This will help the doctor understand what is the best form of continued chiropractic care for the patient. Any new injuries will require a re-examination to assess the new complaint.

As thank you to you all, a discounted price will applied during visits and new patient exams will be waived as well as all re-examination fees waived.
